Jolley's most well-known venture being the Every Body project, a collection of 123 nude watercolour paintings and testimonies, set to challenge the idea of a 'body standard'. Confronted by the amount of time she spent on social media during lockdown and thereby observing the lack of representation for all body types, Jolley chose to centre her artwork in a new direction – nudes. These paintings formed Jolley's hugely successful, first in-person solo exhibition, Every Body.

Jolley is now continuing her work in new paintings and projects, continuing to focus on body positivity after winning 'Mental Health Business of the Year' in 2022.
